1. General Information

Best Loan Partners is a California-based mortgage brokerage that assists clients in obtaining residential and

commercial financing. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which

govern your use of our services, website, and communications.

2. Loan Origination Services

Best Loan Partners offers mortgage origination services for residential and commercial real estate, including:

- Home purchase loans

- Refinance loans

- Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans

- Bridge and hard money loans (as applicable)

We work with a network of wholesale lenders to find suitable loan products for our clients based on their

financial profiles and goals.

3. Disclosure and Compliance

- We operate in compliance with federal and California lending laws, including RESPA, TILA, and

Dodd-Frank.

- We will provide all federally required disclosures such as the Loan Estimate (LE) and Closing Disclosure

(CD) in a timely manner.

- Your credit report will not be pulled without your written or electronic consent.

4. Broker Fees

- Best Loan Partners may receive compensation from the lender and/or borrower, disclosed on the LE and

CD.- Broker compensation may vary based on the loan product and lender. In most cases, borrowers are not

charged directly unless explicitly agreed upon.

- If any additional fees are charged by Best Loan Partners, they will be outlined in the Mortgage Loan

Origination Agreement, signed prior to loan processing.

5. Client Responsibilities

By working with Best Loan Partners, you agree to:

- Provide complete and accurate information during the loan application process.

- Respond to document requests in a timely manner.

- Notify your loan officer of any changes in your financial status during the loan process.

6. Confidentiality and Data Security

We take the privacy of your personal and financial information seriously. Your information will only be shared

with third parties as necessary to process your loan application and as permitted by law.

7. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Loan approval is subject to underwriting guidelines, lender requirements, and verification of the information

provided. Best Loan Partners does not guarantee loan approval, interest rate, or terms until final lender

approval is granted.

8. Third-Party Services

Our company may refer or connect you with third-party service providers such as escrow companies,

appraisers, or insurance agents. While we strive to work with reputable providers, we are not liable for their

services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Best Loan Partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use

of our services or delays in the loan process caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the loan process at any time prior to closing. Any fees paid for third-party services

(e.g., appraisals, credit reports) are non-refundable.11. Modifications to Terms

Best Loan Partners reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be

posted on our website and/or provided in writing to clients when applicable.
